Client Success Specialist

What you can expect:
As Client Success Specialist, you will ensure that organizations working with Preferred by Nature experience high-quality, responsive, and value-driven engagement throughout their certification or advisory journey.
You will play a key role in strengthening client retention, improving satisfaction, and embedding customer experience best practices across divisions. Your work will directly contribute to increasing our Net Promoter Score, strengthening long-term partnerships, and enhancing our global sustainability impact.
Working with us is never routine so the first year you can expect the following areas to be central to your work.
Lead initiatives to enhance client experience across the full client journey – from first inquiry through service delivery and long-term engagement.
Map and optimize client journeys, service standards, and ensure alignment of customer experience processes and timeliness across divisions.
Develop, implement, and analyze client feedback mechanisms and CX metrics to strengthen service quality and client satisfaction.
Use data-driven insights, including Net Promoter Score and retention indicators, to drive continuous improvement and increase organizational impact.
Support implementation of Key Account Management approaches and develop client recognition programmes to foster long-term, value-driven partnerships.
Build strong cross-cultural relationships with internal and external stakeholders and support resolution of complex client disputes in collaboration with technical teams.
Your first year with us
Within three months, you will:
Develop a strong understanding of Preferred by Nature’s services, client lifecycle processes, customer experience strategy, and internal workflows across divisions.
Map and analyse existing client journeys and service touchpoints to identify early opportunities to improve responsiveness, coordination, and client satisfaction.
Build working relationships with key internal teams and selected clients while supporting coordination of client service activities and assisting with feedback collection and analysis
Within six months, you will:
Lead implementation and improvement of client experience processes, including development and optimisation of feedback mechanisms, service standards, and internal coordination workflows.
Support rollout and adoption of Key Account Management approaches by coordinating with service teams and strengthening relationship management with priority clients.
Use client feedback data and CX performance indicators (including Net Promoter Score and retention insights) to recommend and implement improvements to service delivery and client engagement strategies.
Within one year, you will:
Strengthen Preferred by Nature’s client retention, satisfaction, and long-term engagement by leading strategic client success initiatives and embedding customer experience best practices across divisions.
Develop and implement high-level client recognition and relationship development programmes to enhance partnership value and client loyalty.
Act as a trusted advisor and internal focal point for complex client engagement challenges, supporting dispute resolution processes and contributing to organizational CX strategy, continuous improvement, and impact growth.
Important that you Have:
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales, or related field
5–8 years of experience in client relationship management, preferably in sustainability, certification, environmental services, or related sectors
Proven experience working across cultures and global contexts
Strong knowledge of Customer Experience (CX) metrics and data-driven improvement approaches
Experience with CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce) and performance tools
Demonstrated ability to design and implement client retention or recognition programmes
Excellent communication, negotiation, and active listening skills
A structured, process-oriented mindset with strong problem-solving ability
Fluency in written and spoken English
