Senior Digital Marketing Specialist

What you can expect:
As a Senior Digital Marketing Specialist, you will play a key role in strengthening global visibility, brand positioning, and stakeholder engagement through strategic and data-driven digital marketing initiatives.
You will contribute to developing and implementing global digital marketing strategies, supporting cross-regional campaigns, optimizing digital platforms, and ensuring consistent and impactful digital communications aligned with organizational priorities.
You will collaborate closely with global and regional teams, supporting marketing and communications initiatives that strengthen engagement with clients, partners, and stakeholders worldwide.
Working with us is never routine so the first year you can expect the following areas to be central to your work.
Develop and implement global digital marketing strategies aligned with organisational priorities and brand positioning.
Manage and optimise global digital channels, including websites, social media platforms, and campaign tools.
Plan and deliver integrated digital campaigns across paid and organic channels, including audience targeting, content coordination, and performance optimisation.
Support digital activation of global initiatives, campaigns, and events to strengthen visibility and stakeholder engagement.
Monitor and analyse digital performance metrics, generating insights to continuously improve engagement and campaign effectiveness.
Collaborate with global teams and external partners to strengthen digital content standards, SEO performance, user experience, and organisational digital marketing capacity.
Your first year with us
Within three months, you will:
Develop a strong understanding of Preferred by Nature’s global strategy, brand positioning, communications priorities, and digital ecosystem, while building effective collaboration with global communications, web, and data teams.
Review and map existing digital channels, campaigns, performance metrics, and editorial processes to identify strengths, gaps, and optimisation opportunities.
Begin supporting planning and execution of global digital campaigns, contributing to content development, channel coordination, and early performance monitoring.
Within six months, you will:
Lead planning and delivery of global digital marketing campaigns, including content strategy, paid and organic channel activation, and audience targeting aligned with organisational priorities.
Strengthen global digital channel governance by improving SEO performance, user journeys, content standards, and channel clarity across web and social media platforms.
Establish and apply digital performance monitoring frameworks, including KPI tracking, analytics reporting, and data-driven optimisation of campaigns and digital content.
Within one year, you will:
Own and continuously improve Preferred by Nature’s global digital marketing strategy, ensuring strong alignment between global priorities and regional digital activation.
Lead digital activation of major global initiatives, events, and cross-regional campaigns, ensuring strong visibility, engagement, and measurable impact.
Strengthen organisational digital capacity by sharing performance insights, supporting cross-regional collaboration, and driving innovation in digital marketing tools, platforms, and audience engagement strategies.
Important that you:
Hold a degree in digital marketing, communications, marketing, or a related field.
Have at least 5 years of experience in digital marketing, preferably in global or multi-regional environments.
Demonstrate strong experience in digital campaign development, channel strategy, and content planning.
Have hands-on experience with CMS platforms, analytics tools, social media management, and digital campaign platforms.
Demonstrate strong analytical and data interpretation skills.
Have excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
Are able to work collaboratively across international teams and diverse cultural contexts.
Demonstrate strong organisational and project management skills.
Would Also Be Great, But Not Necessary, If You
Have experience working with sustainability, non-profit, or mission-driven organisations.
Have experience working with Google Marketing Platform tools, SEO tools, or paid advertising platforms.
Have experience coordinating global or multi-stakeholder communication initiatives.
