What you can expect:
As a Supply Chain Specialist with a forestry background, you will assess and verify the sustainability and legality of practices related to forest and forest-related products across our client base in Taiwan, Province of China and potentially across Greater China, Japan, and Korea. - Managing your own certification portfolio, which includes budgeting, creating service contracts, identifying audit teams, planning logistics, liaising with clients, conducting audits, reviewing reports, and finalizing for approval.
- Providing client service and technical guidance regarding certification processes, interpretation of standards, and trademark/logo use.
- Supporting basic operational tasks such as processing forms, preparing subcontractor agreements, and handling supplier invoices as needed.
- Using your interpersonal skills to connect with people across different sectors and backgrounds to support sustainability impact in the forestry and forest-product industries.

- Establish strong working relationships with clients in Taiwan, Province of China, by offering high-quality support and becoming a reliable point of contact.
- Ensure reports meet our internal quality standards and follow technical protocols while managing your assigned client portfolio.
Within one year, you will:
- Identify and support new client opportunities while continuing to manage and grow your current portfolio in the East Asia region.
- Deepen your expertise across certification systems by working with new programs or across additional sectors.
- Contribute to our team culture by setting an example in professionalism, continuous learning, and commitment to sustainability.
