Senior HR Business Partner, Lithuania/Czech Republic/Spain

If so, then you might be our new Senior HR Business Partner to be based in either Lithuania, Czech Republic or Spain.
The Opportunity:

As soon as you start you will, play a critical role shaping our new approach as a trusted advisor to the leadership teams, relevant line managers and key stakeholders internally. You will partner with leaders to design and implement programs and initiatives that promotes employee engagement and development, while also ensuring the implementation of broader business-related strategies such as performance management and capacity planning. With your expertise in all aspects of the employee lifecycle, you will contribute to creating an exceptional employee experience, and help drive organizational success through effective people practices.
You will be…
- Using your communication skills as the go-to person for people leaders within Divisions.
- Combining your assertiveness with your coaching skills and working closely with managers to define people related strategies and follow up to ensure the strategy is executed.
- Leveraging your collaborative superpowers and project management skills as responsible for selected people-related projects across the organization.
- Instrumental in coordinating with leaders an overview of planned new hires and working closely with our Talent Acquisition Specialists to make sure jobs and roles are defined in a good way and support in the recruitment process when capacity is needed.
What to expect the first year with us:
Your aspiration is our dedication, so you can expect a role where you will be supported every step of the way.
Within three months, you will:
- Meet the team and work closely with our Director of People Support to get in-depth insight into our global HR policies and procedures.
- Work closely together with our Chief People Officer to understand our People Strategies and how it will serve as the backbone of your work as People Advisor
- Establish relations with key people in the division you are handle to understand the dynamics, specific ways-of-working and learn about the fantastic things we do to create a more sustainable world.
- Participate in the creation and facilitating of workshops for managers
Within six months, you will be:
- Identifying organizational strengths and weaknesses of the division and propose possible improvements.
- Supporting people leaders across the world as we continue to launch parts of our leadership development program.
- Provide guidance and coaching to managers on succession planning best practices.
- Designing and delivering and change initiatives globally
Within one year, you will:
- Be a trusted advisor for top-level managers on organizational strategical topics
- Be instrumental in improving the culture of Preferred by Nature to support or mission and strategy.
- Experience a special sense of contribution knowing that all our efforts in People & Talent make it easier for our staff to do good in the world.
Important that you have:
- At least 8 years of experience in HR, with a focus on HR business partnering, talent management, learning & development, and organizational development.
- Bachelor's degree in HR, business administration, or a related field. Master's degree preferred.
- Assertive communication style
- Business acumen and a demonstrated ability to develop and implement HR strategies that align with business objectives.
- Experience in designing, delivering and facilitating training and workshops for managers
- Excellent communication and coaching skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with business leaders and HR colleagues.
- Experience in an international environment (work/study)
- Possess outstanding English and be able to communicate fluently in writing and verbally. Other languages like French and Spanish are an asset.
